The Altra Wellness website and mobile app track the health and wellness information provided/input by the user.
The information you provide and log is used only for the purposes of offering different health benefit options based on meeting certain milestones and goals set forth by the HR team. Altra does not share or sell any informtaion to 3rd party organizations
Usage of Facebook or Google sign ins are for authentication purposes only. The Altra Wellness tracker does not access personal information on these accounts other than the email used to validate the person.
Altra does not use this information for any other purposes related to finances, membership, or employment
Altra does not collect or share data from Facebook, Google or any other associated identity provider that may be used to authenticate someone to the Wellness site or the Wowtracker App.
The only visibility non-Administrators have to your personal information is points through the competition screen, or shared personal goals in the goals portion of the application.
If employment with Altra should end all entered data and login information will be removed from the Wellness app by HR upon leaving the company. If you wish to be removed from the Wellness app, contact HR to request removal from the program.
The data safety labels in the Play Store accurately reflect the data practices disclosed in this privacy policy, ensuring transparency and consistency with the information provided to users.
Any access to user data is performed only after obtaining the user's explicit consent.
Health Connect user data is protected against unauthorized or unlawful access, destruction, loss, alteration, or disclosure. We employ industry-standard security measures to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of your data.
Users have the ability to delete their data at any time through the application settings or by contacting HR. This includes removing their profile and any associated data upon request or upon the termination of employment with Altra. Using the App you can go to Settings and Remove Account. This deletes all data from the app and the website.
